Arcady (Avraham) Mutter, 55, is an IT project manager from Ofra in the Binyamin region and a political commentator on Russian-language media. Born and raised in Vitebsk, Belarus, he immigrated to Israel in 1990. He served on Ofra's secretariat and as its representative on the local council, and in 2005 he served 21 days in military prison for refusing reserve duty connected to the Gaza disengagement. He is a founder of Zehut, leads its outreach to Russian speakers, and is 11th on the joint Religious Zionism–Zehut list.
