Einat Wilf (born 1970, Jerusalem) is a political scientist and author (Harvard BA, INSEAD MBA, Cambridge PhD) who was foreign-policy adviser to Shimon Peres and worked at McKinsey. Fourteenth on Labor's 2009 list, she entered the Knesset on 10 January 2010 in place of Ophir Pines-Paz, who retired from politics, and in January 2011 left Labor with Ehud Barak and three other MKs to form Independence, for which she served until 2013. Known for books on Zionism and the Palestinian 'right of return', she founded the Oz party in late 2025 and joined The Reservists on 7 September 2026, taking third place on the joint list.
Labor candidate in 2003 (No. 39, not elected) and 2009 (No. 14); Labor MK from 10 Jan 2010, replacing Ophir Pines-Paz; Independence MK from 17 Jan 2011 to Feb 2013; founded Oz (2025); joined The Reservists (Sept 2026).
