Jocelyn Bash

Jocelyn Bash, 57, of Modi'in, is a reserve IDF colonel. She served as secretary of the General Staff Forum in the Chief of Staff's bureau and then as head of the IDF Casualties Department, which handles bereaved families, the wounded and families of the missing. At the Defense Ministry's Rehabilitation Division she worked on the 'Nefesh Achat' reform for disabled veterans and set up a unit for combat stress reactions. After 7 October 2023 she led heritage and commemoration work for the October 7 events at the Tkuma Administration. She is 28th on the Yashar! list.
