Walid Taha is a former school principal and educator from Kafr Qasim, where he chaired the local branch of the Islamic Movement and served on the city council and as its education director. He entered the Knesset on the Joint List in September 2019 and has been re-elected for Ra'am since. In 2021–2022 he chaired the Knesset Interior and Environment Committee during the Bennett–Lapid government.
Islamic Movement (Southern Branch) / United Arab List throughout; elected on the Joint List in September 2019 and on Ra'am's independent list in 2021 and 2022. No. 3 on the 2026 list after Segalovitz was inserted at no. 2.
