Not for the first time, the court is abusing the power given to it, emptying of content the legislature's decision and Section 7A of Basic Law: The Knesset, and overturning the decision of elected representatives in order to allow a list for which the Elections Committee determined that grounds for disqualification exist to run for the Knesset of Israel.
